Key Responsibilities

- Design striking visual assets and graphics that resonate with our target demographics using advanced tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Craft persuasive and engaging social media copy that drives interaction and reinforces brand messaging.
- Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating your prior experience in professional content creation.
Digital Content Management
- Author and optimize high-quality blog posts for our corporate website, adhering strictly to brand voice, style guides, and SEO best practices.
- Proactively manage and update website content on our WordPress platform, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and an optimal user experience.
Community Engagement & Monitoring
- Champion our brand’s online presence by actively engaging with our community, responding thoughtfully to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful connections.
- Conduct rigorous monitoring of social media trends, competitor strategies, and industry conversations to identify emerging opportunities and inform content direction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Contribute to the crucial task of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting social media performance data.
- Assist in the preparation of insightful reports that guide strategic adjustments and measure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable strong understanding of major social media platforms, including X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with their distinct audiences and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a flair for engaging storytelling.
