Job Brief.

This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with marketing discipline — and who thrives on using data to build client pipelines, generate visibility, and drive enrollment in corporate learning programs.

Key Responsibilities.

• Build and manage a comprehensive client database from multiple sources: social media, digital platforms, print directories, professional associations, and conference lists
• Design and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms that clearly communicates the value of our training to C-suite and HR professionals and improves client registration in upcoming training programs
• Track and report marketing campaign performance including lead conversions, and client engagement using data analytics and marketing dashboard to guide improvements and continuously refine tactics to increase visibility and enrollment
• Support training registration efforts by aligning messaging, timing, and follow-up strategy across all sales channels Performs other related work as required.

Job Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience in B2B professional service environments such as corporate training, education, consulting, real estate, finance or other corporate professional services
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills — you’re fluent in writing for business audiences
• Confident use of social media platforms and email marketing platforms
• Strong grasp of data and analytics for campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and conversion performance
• Creative and strategic mindset with a bias for action and measurable results
• Professional, organized, and responsive — especially when coordinating with sales teams and clients
• Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently to meet visibility and enrollment targets
• Academic background in Marketing & Advertising, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communication & Media Studies, Business Information Systems (with marketing/data analysis focus) or Marketing Analytics & Strategic Communication
