Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product sales.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Provide customer feedback to improve products.
• Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• KCSE Certificate.
• Certificate/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Three (3) years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
