With a mission to revolutionize bottle recycling, the company provides sustainable, end-to-end services — from collection, sorting, and cleaning to repurposing bottles for reuse across industries
We are seeking a Management Accountant to lead our finance operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, and support strategic decision-making. The role also involves supervising junior accountants, ensuring tax compliance, and improving financial efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations (payables, payroll, and general ledger)
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reports
- Manage budgets, variance analysis, and cash flow
- Supervise statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, WHT, NSSF, SHA)
- Lead audits and strengthen internal controls
- Provide financial insights to support management decisions
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- CPA IV / ACCA IV and above (Mandatory)
- KCSE Mean Grade B and above – Strict Requirement
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive accounting experience (at least 2 years in a supervisory role)
- Strong ERP/Accounting systems knowledge (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan tax laws & IFRS
- Strong leadership, integrity, and analytical skills
