Maintenance Supervisor Job Hewatele

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Lead a team of technicians and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and spare parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Support commissioning and installation of new equipment and systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
- At least 5 years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a gas production or manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience and knowledge of maintenance planning tools is an added advantage
Technical Skills:
- Preventive and predictive maintenance planning
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) usage
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures
- Equipment diagnostics and repair techniques
- Inventory and spare parts management
