Role Purpose
The Legal & Credit Operations Officer supports credit enforcement and operational legal processes at Frictionless Enterprises Limited. The role focuses on collections support, enforcement coordination, dispute tracking, and documentation, working closely with Credit, Operations, and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Recovery & Enforcement Support
- Prepare and issue standard legal demand letters using approved templates
- Track delinquent accounts and recovery actions
- Coordinate with external debt collectors and recovery agents
- Maintain recovery, dispute, and enforcement trackers
Legal Process Coordination
- Support small claims court processes and filings
- Track court dates, filings, and outcomes
- Prepare standard documentation packs for enforcement matters
- Liaise with external legal counsel on recovery and disputes
Operational Legal Support
- Prepare and manage NDAs and standard operational agreements
- Maintain organised records of contracts, disputes, and enforcement actions
- Support updates to standard templates as instructed
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Credit and Operations teams
- Provide regular status updates on recovery and enforcement activities
- Escalate issues requiring management or legal input
Required
- 1–3 years’ experience in:
- Credit operations, collections, legal operations, or enforcement support
- Familiarity with debt recovery and collections processes
- Strong organisational and follow-through skills
- Ability to work with templates and standard procedures
