Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, handling and researching legal issues, providing legal advice, and maintaining communication with clients. The role entails conducting thorough legal research and analysis, preparing case materials, and ensuring that all documentation is compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the Legal Associate will work in close coordination with senior lawyers and clients to achieve the best legal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and understanding of legal principles
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct thorough research
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Relevant professional certifications or training is a plus
- Admitted to the bar with practicing certificate
- Experience of at least 2 years and above
