Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of workers in the planting, care, and harvesting of summer flowers.Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, maintaining the highest standards for flower health and appearance.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of flowers to customers.
• Track and report on crop progress, pest management, and other agricultural factors affecting production.
• Train and mentor seasonal workers on proper flower production techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the production process, collaborating with the management team to find solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• And any other task that may be assigned by the management

Desired Skills/ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Agriculture/Agribusiness or any other related course.
• Previous experience in flower or agricultural production.
• Knowledge of flower growing practices, pest management, and irrigation systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• A passion for horticulture and flowers is a plus.
