Roles and Responsibilities
- Undertake development tasks across a number of projects and products.
- Undertake reviews of colleagues code as part of peer review before publication.
- Identify technical tasks from a specification and implement the same to meet the specification.
- Participate and contribute to Sprint planning.
- Undertake comprehensive unit testing ahead of delivery to Quality Assurance.
- The successful candidate must be intellectually curious with the ability pick up concepts quickly in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications
- Holder of, or Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.
- Some experience is a plus but we shall also consider recent graduates who can demonstrate creative thought in personal or academic projects and have a hunger to learn.
Skills
- An understanding of Software Development and Design principles.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as React, NextJS and Django.
- Excellent (in-code) documentation skills.
- Conversant in object oriented/functional programming language such as Java, C# or Scala
- Experience with Front-end responsive frameworks such as Material UI.
- Familiarity with ORMs and comfortable with SQL.
- Familiarity with the Agile Methodology.
- A self-starter with initiative requiring minimal supervision.
- A quick learner and critical thinker unafraid to ask informed questions.
- Familiarity with GCS, Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Data Science experience is a plus.
