What You’ll Do:
Design Across Platforms:
- Produce visually compelling content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertising.
- Design print materials including menus, flyers, posters, packaging, and in-store visuals.
- Ensure all visuals are aligned with ANDO’s brand identity, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look and feel.
Support Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Help bring ideas to life through design, from mood boards and concept sketches to polished final assets.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while keeping creativity and quality intact.
Creative Collaboration & Growth:
- Partner with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Maintain organized asset libraries, design templates, and brand resources for smooth team use.
- Stay ahead of design trends, experiment with new tools, and continuously refine your craft.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
