Role: Internship in IT & Operations/ Systems
Core Focus: Tech infrastructure, procurement, finance support, and systems improvement
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support
- Overseeing backend IT Systems (Website, Google, Microsoft, QuickBooks)
- Email and inbox setup and organization
- Leading hardware/software procurement
- Developing IT SOPs/policies/standards
- Providing IT technical support and training
Admin – Data Entry
- Vendor invoice coordination and filing
- Monthly reconciliations Data Entry (petty cash, Mpesa)
- Cash-flow analysis to support fundraising/costing\Budgeting and cash projections
- Working with Technical Advisors to track project status and invoice clients
Website Management (Tech-side)
- Co-administering the website with the Communications Coordinator (backend/technical side only)
The intern will be provided a monthly or bi-weekly stipend.
