Responsibilities
- Raw & Packaging Materials Management Maintain optimal RM & PM levels to meet production needs, coordinating with procurement for timely supply and quality.
- Inventory Management, Auditing & Reporting Conduct regular stock counts, maintain accurate records, track movements, report on inventory performance, and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Forecasting & Planning Use data and trends to forecast demand and align inventory with production and market requirements.
- Quality Control & Compliance Ensure all materials meet quality standards and resolve any supplier or internal quality issues quickly.
- Vendor Management Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and negotiate better terms.
- Space Optimization Organize storage efficiently with proper systems for easy access and maximum space use.
- Process Improvement Improve inventory processes, reduce costs, and train staff to follow best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
