Nellions Moving and Relocations Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Inventory Control Assistant.

Location: Nairobi
Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality
• Ensure safe, secure, and organized storage of all inventory
• Maintain accurate stock records and update systems in real time
• Assist in regular stock takes and reconciliations
• Coordinate issuance of items based on approved requests
• Report discrepancies and support the warehouse team in daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems is an added advantage
• High level of integrity and accountability
