Internship Program – IT Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Intern to join our IT team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting daily IT operations, assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, and playing a key role in onboarding new employees. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world IT experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of business devices and applications
- Provide first-level end-user support on hardware and application-related queries
- Support the onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding processes by managing user accounts.
- Support the IT team in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software and contracts.
- Coordinate the shipment and delivery of business devices across 27+ countries where CrossBoundary operates.
- Assist the IT team on major projects such as new system rollouts, device refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with IT service desk or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk).
- Basic knowledge of onboarding processes and tools such as EntraID or Intune.
