Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recruitment projects for IT and/or executive profiles.
- Conduct headhunting on top platforms like LinkedIn, social networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical and soft skills.
- Shortlist and present top candidates to clients, ensuring the best match for each role.
- Collaborate closely with AfricaWork teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Required profile for job ad : International Recruiter – Freelancer (M/F)
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT and/or executive search recruitment.
- Proven success in managing recruitment processes and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of IT and/or business industries.
- Mastery of headhunting techniques and advanced recruitment methodologies.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
