Employee Relations:

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment and handle conflict resolution effectively.
  • Conduct investigations for disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage factory audits related to HR.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize relevant programs to upskill employees.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and continuous training processes.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Manage payroll processes in coordination with the finance department.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies and other perks.

HR Reporting and Metrics:

  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment status, and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to recommend improvements in HR practices.

Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with production and management teams to align HR strategies with operational goals.
  • Develop staffing plans to ensure optimal workforce availability.
