Kivulini Schools is seeking a professional and experienced Human Resource Manager to strengthen our people and systems as we continue to grow.
Role Overview:
- You will support HR functions for a dynamic team of about 100 staff across academic and operational units, ensuring accountability, high performance and a positive, professional work environment.
- This role requires a firm approach to staff management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Performance management & staff development
- Employee relations & workplace culture
- HR systems, policies & compliance with Kenyan labour laws
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Higher Diploma/IHRM certification is an added advantage
- 3-5 years’ HR experience; MUST have worked in a school setting or have a background in education.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Professional, proactive, and organized
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse, dynamic team
