Human Resource Officer Job (80K)

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join a growing poultry farming
enterprise. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR leadership skills, a solid
understanding of Kenyan labour laws, and at least 5 years’ experience in human resource
management. Preferred age: approximately 35 years.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR Certification (CHRP(K), Higher Diploma in HRM, or equivalent).
• Membership with IHRM in good standing.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management or Administration.
• Experience working in a farm or poultry will be an added Advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Preferred age: Approximately 35 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and staff development programs.
• Handle employee relations matters and promote a positive workplace
• culture.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company
• procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support across all HR functions.

Gross Salary: Kes 80,000
