Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment for permanent, casual, and seasonal roles; manage onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Handle disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures while maintaining positive relations with employees, community leaders, and government bodies.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation; ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems; support supervisors in goal setting and employee evaluations.
- Identify training needs and implement programs, especially for casual and seasonal staff; promote cross-training and productivity improvement.
- Manage recruitment, time tracking, contracts, and separation for seasonal/casual workers in line with production needs.
- Address absenteeism, lateness, and misconduct; promote worker welfare and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with formal training in HR matters.
- Proactive, outgoing, and capable of building strong relationships with factory workers and supervisors.
- Ability to manage seasonal and casual workers effectively.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote location.
- Preference will be given to male candidates due to logistical considerations.
