Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Manage performance management and staff development programs.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP finalist and a licensed practitioner.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior management and in FMCG.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
