- You’ll work closely with the People Lead and Operations Manager, supporting the full HR function while learning the foundations of building strong culture, people systems, and modern HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws
- Manage and keep employee data up to date
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs
- Deliver smooth, structured, and welcoming onboarding experiences
- Employee Engagement & Culture Support:
- Support performance review cycles.
- Support engagement initiatives, team events, and communications
- Be a trusted point of contact for employee queries
- Help build a positive, respectful workplace culture
- HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Improve people processes and HR workflows.
Who We’re Looking For:

- Early in their HR career (2+ years preferred)
- Organized, meticulous, and reliable
- A strong communicator who truly enjoys people
