HR Jobs, Elgeyo Marakwet CPSB Jobs. Responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, preparing HR documents, assisting with staff welfare, updating HR information, and supporting daily human resource activities. Requires a relevant Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The position is based in Iten Kenya and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: –
- A Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, lasting not less than nine (9) months OR Part 1 of the Certified Public Secretaries Examination from KASNEB;
- Certified Human Resource practitioners’ certificate and
- Certificate in computer applications skills from a recognized institution.
