We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team in Nairobi.

Job Duties

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and identify suitable candidates through job platforms and social media
• Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements
• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates
• Post and manage job advertisements across different platforms
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding activities for successful candidates
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 0–2 years of recruitment/HR experience
• Internship or recruitment experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using social media and online recruitment platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
