Management Trainee, Aspire Future Leaders Program, HR Job AKUH
Audit Jobs, AKUH Jobs. Responsible for supporting HR activities, assisting with recruitment and employee development, maintaining HR records, and gaining practical experience across human resource functions. Requires a relevant qualification in Human Resources, business administration, management, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- The rotation programme will help to gain functional expertise. They will be working on assigned projects in their departments of rotation. These may include:
- Review HR processes, systems, and global best practices to identify opportunities for enhancing human capital management and organizational effectiveness.
- Support executive search and talent acquisition initiatives through market research, talent mapping, and industry analysis.
- Participate in Learning and Development programs, including training coordination, internship support, and volunteer engagement initiatives.
- Assist the Office of Wellbeing, Employee Engagement, and Belonging in developing and implementing employee-focused programs and annual engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects focused on process automation, system enhancements, operational efficiency, and the implementation of new HR initiatives.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to generate workforce insights and improve decision-making through HR analytics.
- Develop analytical skills and apply data-driven approaches to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support strategic human resource planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational culture, and business performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably ongoing in Human Resource or related field.
- Maximum one(1) year of relevant experience.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance.
- Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
