The HR & Admin Officer will manage human resource functions and administrative operations at Hewatele’s Tatu City site. This role supports employee engagement, compliance, and efficient office management, with a strong emphasis on records management.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records and administrative files.
  • Support general office operations and internal communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Membership with IHRM and knowledge of Kenyan labor laws.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in HR and administration.
