Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital.
- Ensure efficient utilization of hospital resources and adherence to approved budgets.
- Manage hospital finances, billing systems, procurement, and inventory controls.
- Supervise non-clinical staff and support departmental coordination.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Oversee SHA and private insurance operations, billing, and claims management.
- Prepare operational, financial, and management reports for leadership decision-making.
- Support strategic planning, service expansion, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCOM), Healthcare Management, or any business-related degree.
- CPA qualification (CPA II and above) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare facility administration.
- Proven knowledge of hospital financial management, insurance processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office applications.
- Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
