Hospital Accountant Job The Tala Hospital Nairobi, Kenya
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Certified Public Accountant – CPA (K)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hospital experience will be an added advantage
