Phoenix Capital Limited is seeking a results-driven Head of Product to lead our Boda Boda Logbook Lending Product. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong business development skills, deep client engagement experience, and a proven track record in managing credit products within the informal or asset-backed lending space.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the boda boda lending product from a business and operational perspective
- Drive business development and build strong relationships with boda boda riders and key stakeholders
- Provide clear direction, leadership, and performance management to the product and field teams
- Oversee collections strategy, ensuring daily and timely repayments to minimize PAR and credit risk
- Monitor product performance, portfolio quality, and risk indicators
- Introduce innovative ideas to improve product efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven experience leading a similar lending product in a comparable role
- Strong background in business development, team leadership, and client relationship management
- Hands-on experience managing collections and portfolio quality
- Highly results-oriented, disciplined, and data-driven
- Innovative mindset with the ability to execute ideas effectively
