As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Head of HR & Admin to strengthen our team and drive organizational excellence. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and a supportive work environment for our staff.

  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and training
  • Manage office operations and assets – insurance, renewals, and compliance
  • Ensure staff welfare, motivation, and support systems
  • Monitor risks, opportunities, and organizational security
  • Champion quality, safety, and compliance initiatives across the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and compliance frameworks
