What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in collections within microfinance/logbook lending
- Ability to manage a KES 250M+ logbook portfolio with PAR < 5%
- Strong leadership skills – manage & mentor 15+ collection officers
- Expertise in collections strategy, performance management & recovery optimization
