Duties & Responsibilities
- Timely preparation of monthly financial statements
- Maintaining supplier’s records (accounts payables)
- Posting of cash expenses in the system (petty cash)
- Managing accounts receivable
- Managing preparation of production reports
- Ensures management and accuracy Stock controls
- Ensures tax and statutory compliance and remittance of necessary payments
- Ensures production and sales control records are accurate
- Preparation of monthly costing and expense reports
- Ensures accurate daily sales reconciliation
- Manages cash sales posting
- Manages and supervises all cashier and accountants
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in finance/accounting/ economics or related field
- CPA 6 qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting with at least 5 years in the FMCG space
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Mature and professional attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Ability to multitask with obsessive attention to detail
