Join our customer’s team as a Growth Manager – AI trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in fueling our finance-focused AI training project. This unique position is designed for growth-oriented professionals who excel at gathering, organizing, and delivering raw, unstructured data essential for training advanced financial AI models. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and provide diverse growth data, including campaign performance screenshots, fragmented A/B test results, and competitor funnel insights.
- Curate and compile messy, unstructured datasets tailored for financial AI training purposes.
- Collaborate closely with finance experts to deliver inputs that will be structured into robust forecasts and ROI models.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging growth strategies.
- Document and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support iterative feedback loops to continuously improve AI training data quality.
- Demonstrate accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in growth management, digital marketing, or related roles with an emphasis on campaign analysis and experimentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, performance metrics, and funnel optimization.
- Strong organizational skills for managing and delivering unstructured datasets.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting between tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in identifying and gathering relevant data.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with or supporting AI/ML or finance training projects.
- Background in growth hacking, competitive analysis, or digital analytics.
- Understanding of finance data structure or financial forecasting models.
