What You’ll Be Doing
- Design & Execute: Transform raw concepts into dynamic, on-brand graphics, videos, and images for high-value channels like our website, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Collaborate & Align: Work directly with the marketing and product teams to ensure all visuals are strategically aligned and executed flawlessly.
- Maintain & Organize: Efficiently manage our digital asset library, ensuring clean version control and easy accessibility for the entire team.
- Innovate & Suggest: Proactively contribute creative ideas and fresh visual approaches to enhance campaign performance and overall brand aesthetic.
- Own the Timeline: Manage and prioritize multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive deadlines.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in professional graphic design and/or video editing.
- The Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your range, specifically including e-commerce-related work and high-performing digital assets.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in core design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and platforms such as Canva.
- Digital IQ: A deep understanding of current visual and content trends across all major social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Bonus Points: Experience with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or specialized email design platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
