We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Grants & Partnerships Lead to scale Somakodi School’s mission through sustainable funding and impactful collaborations. The consultant will lead grant administration, proposal development, and donor engagement, while also providing consulting and project management support to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.

  • Research and identify local and international grant, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and submit compelling, results-driven proposals and applications.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and institutional partners.
  • Track and manage funding pipelines, application deadlines, and reporting obligations.
  • Provide project management oversight to ensure grant activities are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Proven experience in grant administration, proposal writing, and donor relations.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Background in the education, technology, or nonprofit sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage international donors and partners.
  • Existing networks with NGOs, philanthropic organizations, impact investors, and private funders are a strong plus.
