General Clerk Job. Procurement Jobs in Kenya

  • Perform order picking from various customers while following the SLA defined Metrics.
  • Ensure on time picking and shipping of customers’ orders without errors.
  • Ensure parts are binned correctly as guided by the operations procedures and in compliance with the client’s standards.
  • Ensure zero incidences/accidents by always ensuring 100% compliance with the health and safety policies and timely reporting of any incidences/injuries on duty/near misses to the warehouse coordinator
  • 100% participation in the 5S implementation and sustenance.
  • 100% compliance with the housekeeping standards and SOPs.
  • Any other duties assigned as per the SLA.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a warehouse set up
  • Experience in spare parts management is an added advantage.
  • Diploma in Supply chain management
  • B+ or above in KCSE
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Simple mathematical and analytical skills
  • Critical thinking and ability to learn
  • Time management skills
  • Basic computer skills.
