Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify different types of pests and assess the level of infestation
- Select and apply the appropriate fumigation and pest control solutions
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment correctly
- Provide services in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Address customer concerns and tailor services to meet individual client needs
- Maintain accurate records of work done and chemicals used
- Clean and maintain fumigation equipment
- Report any issues or hazards observed during work
- Adhere to company policies and represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working as a fumigator or in pest control is required
- Ability to identify common pests (insects, rodents, etc.) and understand treatment methods
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Willingness to learn and undergo additional training
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
