our Mission
We’re looking for a hands-on Fullstack Developer (Frontend-oriented) to join our core team and drive the next iterations of Tally.
You’ll:
Take ownership of the React frontend: chat UI, animations (canvas), speech & emotion integration.
Collaborate on the FastAPI backend: modular APIs, integrations, OAuth.
Ensure seamless integration with our AI stack (Mistral/Ollama), MongoDB, and third-party services (CRM, Microsoft Graph, LinkedIn).
Work closely with the founder, backend engineers, and AI/NLP team to deliver a polished, scalable product.
Document, test, and secure the system for multi-user deployment.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: React (Hooks, Context), Web APIs (Mic, Camera, TTS), Canvas animation
- Backend: FastAPI, Python, MongoDB, OAuth2, REST APIs
- Infrastructure: Docker, Oracle Cloud VM
- Third-party: Custom CRM APIs, Microsoft Graph (Outlook), LinkedIn (coming)
What You Bring
- Strong expertise in React and modern frontend development (state management, real-time UI, animations).
- Good knowledge of Python/FastAPI and ability to contribute effectively on backend tasks.
- Experience with MongoDB, REST API design, and API integration.
- Clean architecture mindset: scalable code, testing, maintainability.
- Deployment experience with Docker and Linux environments.
- Comfortable working autonomously and in close collaboration with a small, dynamic team.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus, not required).
- Bonus: experience with assistants, AI copilots, or real-time interaction systems.
