Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to oversee the development and integration of full-stack software solutions for our B2B healthcare-focused software company, serving primarily business clients such as healthcare organizations and enterprises. The role is full-time and in-office at our Nairobi, Kenya location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack development, system integration, and leadership to contribute to a team of developers. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools in the development process is a plus. They must be a quick learner, capable of mastering new tools, platforms, and methodologies to drive innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy full-stack applications, ensuring scalability and performance for business clients.
- Oversee integration of systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party services, to support seamless B2B functionality.
- Collaborate with a team of developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
- Architect solutions that align with the needs of business clients, prioritizing security and compliance in healthcare applications.
- Rapidly learn and implement new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance development processes for B2B solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize systems for performance and reliability.
- Contribute to strategic planning for technology roadmaps and system enhancements to support business growth.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, .NET).
- Proven experience with system integration, including APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance) for B2B solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in the development process to streamline coding or architecture design.
