Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various positions. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. The role also involves utilizing AI-powered tools for data-driven recruitment and providing insights to enhance the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Sourcing skills
- Interviewing and Candidate Screening experience
- Ability to develop job descriptions and manage recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools and HR analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
