The Opportunity
- We’re looking for a, Founding Engineer, a hands-on developer who’s ready to help shape the product, technical direction, and future engineering capability of MineTrade.
- You’ll work closely with the founder and our fractional CTO, who will provide architectural guidance and mentorship as the product matures. This setup gives you the chance to grow into a leadership role as the business and team expand.
- This role starts equity-based until funding is raised, with a vesting agreement tied to time and milestones.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of the MineTrade platform (currently a working prototype on Wix, moving to a scalable stack).
- Collaborate with the founder and fractional CTO on architecture, technical roadmap, and implementation strategy.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and feature design, balancing speed with scalability.
- Implement, test, and iterate quickly using AI-assisted tools and lean development principles.
- Help shape MineTrade’s long-term technology approach and development culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Capability: Strong development skills and a track record of building functional, scalable products.
- Enthusiasm: A genuine belief in MineTrade’s mission and excitement about building something impactful from the ground up.
- Capacity: The time and commitment to contribute meaningfully (around 15–20 hours per week initially).
- Integrity: Someone dependable, transparent, and collaborative.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about problem-solving.
- Willingness to work for equity pre-funding, with a clear pathway to a paid position post-investment.
