Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet services.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences while ensuring profit margins are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and preparation. Observe HACCP, FIFO, LILO

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverages Management or related field from a recognized institution. Master’s Degree in a relevant area will be an added advantage
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Computer literate.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
