Food and Beverage Manager Job

  • Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet services.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences while ensuring profit margins are maintained
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and preparation. Observe HACCP, FIFO, LILO

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverages Management or related field from a recognized institution. Master’s Degree in a relevant area will be an added advantage
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Computer literate.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

TERMS OF SERVICE:

The terms of service include Basic salary, house allowance, commuting allowance and medical insurance/cover
