What you will be doing
System Administration and Enhancement:
- Spearhead the administration and continuous improvement of our financial systems
- Develop and deploy cutting-edge features and applications to streamline finance operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, automate accounting tasks, and enhance financial reporting
User Empowerment and Support:
- Provide expert guidance and training to users across all departments and locations
- Troubleshoot issues and empower users to maximize system capabilities
- Foster a culture of technological adoption and innovation within the finance department
Process Optimization and Automation:
- Identify opportunities to simplify complex processes through intelligent automation
- Design and implement solutions that improve data quality, financial controls, and reporting accuracy
- Drive the development of user-friendly interfaces and intuitive workflows
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with IT, finance teams, and other stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that leverage financial systems to support business growth
- Act as a liaison between finance and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications
What we are looking for
- Proven “hands-on” experience in financial systems administration – MS Dynamics NAV is a significant ‘plus’, but we value expertise in any modern ERP system
- Unlock the power of financial data with your SQL expertise – as a Finance Systems Specialist, your SQL skills will be invaluable
- Showcase your C# and JavaScript skills to supercharge your application – while not required, proficiency in these languages will set you apart
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for innovation and a track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
