The Field Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient implementation of the field operations in Kenya. You ensure that all program activities are implemented according to donor agreements and strategy.

  • Lead day-to-day programme operations, ensuring strong alignment with Tiko’s strategy;
  • Work closely with the Country Director on giving operational insight to all strategies and projects and team performance.
  • Use data and insights to drive improvements in service delivery and field efficient;
  • Build capacity of mobilizers through training, supervision, and mentorship;
  • Strengthen partnerships with service providers, government, and stakeholders to expand reach and impact;
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation to grow Tiko’s footprint and referral networks.

About you

You are a supportive, detail-oriented leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and strengthening their capacity to deliver impact.

  • You are currently based in Nairobi, Kenya (mandatory)
  • A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience working on community projects with adolescents and young people on health-related issues.
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading teams in field operations, M&E, or programme delivery within an NGO in Kenya.
  • Background in SGBV, HIV, or Sexual & Reproductive Health (clinical or programme settings).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster strong partnerships.
  • Skilled in team capacity building and driving results against KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
