- Develop and execute export sales & channel strategies
- Recruit, manage, and develop distributors
- Open new markets/countries and grow market share
- Lead export marketing, promotions & product launches
- Strong negotiation, account management & forecasting skills
Ideal profile:
- Degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- 5+ years sales experience (FMCG export markets preferred)
- Strong knowledge of East & Central Africa markets
