About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Banqueting Coordinator to plan and execute seamless events at our picturesque venue. From weddings to conferences, you’ll be the backbone of exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-event planning, setup, and execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors
- Prepare event briefs and delegate tasks to service teams
- Monitor quality and timing of service during events
- Ensure post-event breakdown and reporting
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years in event or banqueting coordination
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
