Kivukoni is an International Nursery, Primary and Secondary school in Kilifi with around 280 pupils, ages 2-16, and growing. The Nursery school uses the Early Years Foundation Stage framework with a strong emphasis on the environment, creative arts and sports – offering a holistic and engaging education. Kivukoni fosters a strong sense of community where children love to learn and teachers love to teach.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Years Teacher and Coordinator located in a beautiful healthy setting within Kilifi. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering engaging lessons, coordinating early years activities and curriculum, assessing and evaluating student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves maximising on the wonderful outdoor learning opportunities, and collaborating with the broader school community to support each child’s development.
Qualifications
- Ability to work creatively, collaboratively and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Early Years teaching certification is essential
- 4+ years experience in international education
- Commitment to fostering a warm, positive and inclusive learning environment
