Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of eBay store operations with full autonomy and minimal oversight
- Optimize product listings including crafting compelling titles, descriptions, and bullet points that drive conversions
- Conduct strategic competitor research and pricing analysis to maintain competitive market positioning
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly handling inquiries and messages through the eBay platform
- Execute advanced listing optimization techniques to maximize product visibility and search rankings
- Manage inventory levels and ensure all product information remains current and accurate
- Create engaging product descriptions and basic graphics to enhance listing appeal
- Implement targeted marketing strategies specifically designed for eBay and other platforms
- Monitor store performance metrics and proactively implement improvements to drive revenue recovery
- Collaborate with business owner on strategic initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operational independence
Requirements:
- Proven track record managing eBay, Amazon, or Shopify stores with demonstrated results
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platform operations, best practices, and optimization techniques
- Expertise in listing optimization, SEO principles, and conversion rate optimization
- Strong experience with competitor research, market analysis, and dynamic pricing strategies
- Excellent written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools or strong willingness to learn and develop these skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management processes and systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
- Experience working in Pacific Time Zone hours and collaborating with US-based business owners
