Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive staff, guests and items to designated locations as instructed
- Conduct routine checks of the assigned vehicle (oil, water, tires, lights, etc.)
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained and serviced on schedule
- Maintain an accurate log of trips, fuel usage and maintenance reports
- Assist in office errands including deliveries, pickups and administrative support
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and organizational safety procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Kenyan Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in a professional or company setting
- Age: 30 years and above (preferred)
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of routes and traffic patterns
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle occasional weekend assignments
- Good interpersonal skills and basic written communication
- Physically fit, dependable and respectful at all times
- Demonstrated honesty, maturity and high sense of responsibility
