We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns across the group to drive direct bookings, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
You will play a key role in ensuring our digital campaigns are data-driven, conversion-focused, and aligned with our brand objectives across all units.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms, alongside executing targeted WhatsApp and email marketing initiatives.
- Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization to achieve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
- Drive direct bookings through full-funnel strategies including retargeting, A/B testing, and continuous performance analysis.
- Manage customer databases and execute segmented messaging campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and design teams to align campaigns with offers, seasonality, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing
- Proven Meta Ads experience with measurable ROI
- Experience in WhatsApp and email marketing
- Understanding of CRO, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Strong copywriting and campaign optimization skills
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver revenue growth
