Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Certifications (preferred) – Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Sales.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Banking, Transactional banking, and Digital Channels Sales in the Banking Industry.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks specific to the Banking sector.
Experience with the Bank operations and systems, and familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
Familiarity with banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and financial reporting standards.
Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
